What is Turktav Acoustic KaroVIP?
The gypsum board plates, which we give shape and size by our special CNC machines designed by our engineers, are covered with foil, plastic or fabric which you request on the back side of the product in special coating machines. After sidebands of the product is set up, the product goes into the machines to be made of plastic PVC with the selected pattern and gets the final form.
Why the conveyor system is used?
Our products are in compliance with “T” conveyor system. As Turktav, we have completed our studies for conveyor system and special products have been prepared. Research and Development studies still continue and new generation aesthetical conveyor systems will be offered for you.
What are the technical specifications?
Although our products are stronger than a normal sheetrock plate, their weight have not changed. Our product, 95% stronger thanks to the PVC on it, is resistant to long life moisture and fire.
The product sizes vary according to your request such as 30x30, 60x60, 30x60 etc.
Full plate acoustic sheetrock sizes are 1200x2500x12,5 mm and 1200x2400x8 mm.
